This policy describes the public website of AV Design & Integration, Inc. It does not describe the separate systems we install or manage for clients.
Our project inquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You can also provide your company, phone number, project type and location. We use these details to review your request, contact you and discuss our services. Please do not include passwords, access codes, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.
Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and requests to help deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. Learn more in Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice.
The website also requests fonts from Google Fonts, map tiles from OpenStreetMap and media from external hosting providers. When your browser requests those resources, the provider receives connection information, including your IP address. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.
We use Amazon Web Services to process and send website inquiries to our team’s Microsoft 365 email accounts. Information is shared with service providers as needed to deliver these functions. Your inquiry may become part of our correspondence or project records.
We do not sell personal information or use targeted advertising. We have not installed advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers on this website. We do not use your inquiry as an automatic subscription to a marketing list.
The website does not change its operation in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. External resource providers may process requests under their own policies; our statement about advertising describes our own use of information.
To ask about information you have submitted, its retention, or a correction or deletion, contact webcontact@avdesigninc.com or call 866.896.9856. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law and the circumstances of the request.
